As a dancer and performer I am known for my powerful physique and dynamic versatility in dance styles. I pick up choreography quickly and have a calm creative energy in a rehearsal room. I’ve built meaningful relationships with choreographers over the years and as a result I’ve stepped into roles such as rehearsal director/dance captain and movement director.
As well as performing I have years of experience as a teacher, in professional colleges and conservatoires as well as in the local community. I am also a qualified personal trainer. I believe working with experienced movers as well as less experienced movers has taught me how best to create a safe space and allow each individual to flourish under my direction.
