Privacy notice

I’m here to help you be the best you you can be - and that’s basically why I collect and use information about you! Below is a bit more information about the different ways I use the information you provide me with or might be collected from you when you visit my website. Remember, this is all about you, so if you are not happy with any use of your information, or want me use your information in a different way, let me know.

How I use your information

I use the information you provide me with to:

  • Provide you with personal training and support

I will ask you questions about your lifestyle, your fitness and your goals (as well as info about how to get in touch with you!) so I can plan a session that’s bespoke to you. This enables me to meet your needs and support you in your fitness journey. All this information and other information you provide me with as we train together will be stored in a secure location only my business partner and I can access, but I will make a copy available for you to see securely on my website. Information you provide for this purpose will be kept for as long as we work together, after which it will be deleted.

  • Involve you in my group support sessions

As well as one-to-one support, you will be invited to join my group support sessions on WhatsApp and Zoom. Participation is completely voluntary, and I will ask you before adding you to any group sessions. Lots of my clients benefit from interacting with others and hearing about others journeys and motivations but feel free to say at any point if this is not for you and I stop including you in these opportunities.

  • Make you aware of any special offers or opportunities I am promoting

Sometimes I might reach out to you and let you know of any special offers or opportunities I am running that I think you would be interested in. If you don’t want to receive this at any point let me know and I will make sure you don’t receive them any more. Agreeing to receive marketing messages from me is completely separate to our training, so don’t worry that saying no to these messages will affect our training together.
