Elle Whitehead

As someone with a chronic illness which has left me unable to do the sports I love, I started working out with Hayley to start building up my fitness again. Hayley introduced me to a range of exercises, based on a whole host of disciplines, from Pilates to weights, to create a functional fitness program that has challenged me and kept me engaged with the process. This has meant I've been able to slowly build my strength without burning out or setting back my recovery.

I couldn't recommend Hayley enough to others in my position battling chronic illness, those who might be feeling overwhelmed by the gym, or those just feeling frustrated by the challenges of getting (back) into shape. Working out with Hayley is (mostly!) the highlight of my week.

I love training with Hayley, not only is she enthusiastic, friendly and encouraging, but she knows just what to do to get the best out of me in every session. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role and this means that every session is interesting, enjoyable as well as challenging.

Hayley cares, it is evident in everything that she does. She has really helped me build strength in areas that I had given up on. Parts of my body that used to hurt are renewed and more flexible than they have ever been.

Hayley put together a fantastic workout plan for me, and kept it fresh throughout.

She’s an empathetic coach, often pushing me beyond my comfort zone, likewise at times helping me to understand the value of slowing down and taking adequate rest.

From a starting body fat pushing 20%, together we smashed my expectations, getting to within a hairs-breadth of 10% in just a few months. 11/10. Would recommend :)
